"You went from a top notch operation to a straight up retail clothing store, I looks like Cycle Gear is preparing for a sell out. The lack of training and general Motorcycle knowledge is sad. Your turnover of employees suggests that your pay scale is to low. I used to send a lot of customers there but now I don't, shopping there is painful and slow dealing with employees who cannot find anything in the catalogs or have very little understanding how to check someone out. I have spent tens of thousands in your stores over the years and I hate to say that now I try to do most of my shopping online. You should try to bring back managers like Byron, he was a GREAT asset and now he is gone. I am a big part of the local motorcycle community and this is the general thought most people have about Cycle Gear. "
